Hi All;
The Overview
Annette / Mommy / Tantee was in the hospital since the beginning of last week; she went into Hadassah Har Hatzofim miyun on Sunday night; and Tuesday evening they moved her to the Surgical department, where she continued to get well. She was diagnosed with a colon inflammation/infection; her planned treatment was IV antibiotics in the hospital for a while, followed by oral antibiotics after her release from the hospital.
Actually, they’re now calling it Diverticulitis.
Today’s (25-Apr-2023 7:00am) update is:
Annette was released from the hospital around 6 pm last night, and we were home around 8:15 pm. All that’s left is to tie up the few loose ends. To get the Discharge report to our family doctor; to get prescriptions for antibiotics; to get referrals for subsequent testing and doctors; and to do a little grocery shopping for foods that she is allowed to eat.

Try to stay strong and always know that Hashem is with you in this trying period ! May Hashem listen to yours and all of our prayers and give your wife a complete and full recovery and direct the doctors to make the correct and accurate decision. As we all know that Hashem’s presence is more intensely found and present close to those who are sick thus try to use this as a comfort when things get a little sticky.
We are all thinking of you and hope all goes well and you return to us soon !
